Check-in

The reception has three desks where sit-down check-in is done.

We were helped by an associate seated on the left desk.

Interestingly, they are referred to as Guest Relations 😉

Tissue box and hand sanitizer

Check-in went smoothly and we were informed that we got an upgrade to one of their Diplomat Suites as a diamond member. Moments later and we were given our card keys.

CONCLUSION

Of all the hotels we have booked for this trip, the Habtoor Palace Dubai was the one I was most looking forward to since it is the most luxurious of all. This was actually a former St. Regis Hotel so I was curious to see if it lives up to the former hotels reputation, and actually it does. The hotel is more like a palace considering the exterior. The grand lobby with the beautiful staircase was just elegant. Of course, the room we got was perfect with all the luxury one could ask for including the bath amenities from Acqua di Parma. The canapes we got during happy hour and the lovely breakfast in the main restaurant were also of high standard. Lastly, the staff we had contact with were all friendly especially the Filipina waitress who served us during Happy Hour. To all the staff of Habtoor Palace Dubai, Shukran 😍
