CONCLUSION

Even though the Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge and the Plaza Premium First Lounge are very nice lounges, I still was impressed with the Global Lounge and think in fact that it is better than the Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge. The lounge does not accept pay-in customers unlike the nearby Travel Club Lounge. For a contract lounge, the food and drinks offering was very good, and the modern design is a big plus. There were no showers though. During our visit in the evening, the lounge did not get crowded at all. Overall, this is a very nice lounge worth visiting when departing from Kuala Lumpur Airport if flying with airlines like Turkish Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, China Southern, Nepal Airlines and more.
