Check-in

Upon check-in, we were greeted by a friendly associate who did the registration process for us. Sadly, the room was not ready yet even if it was way past 3pm. We received the usual cookies from the hotel and were told that they would send a message on Whatsapp once the room is ready.

Around 3:55pm, we got a message from whats app informing us that the room was ready 👍

The Koffee

Just to the right of the reception is the hotel's coffee shop. to the left of the coffee shop at the back side is the exit/entrance to the shopping mall.

Exploring the Area

The hotel is directly connected to the Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall which is a very big mall perfect for shopping and dining.

CONCLUSION

This is a pretty new hotel (less than 2 years old) and since Mike wanted to explore other areas in Jakarta, we decided to book this hotel for 1 night. The fact that it is directly connected to a shopping mall is a big plus. The room we got was well-appointed, modern and had nice views of the mall. The breakfast buffet offering was impressive and the little extras they gave us made our stay even more memorable. For the price we paid, about 70USD, it was really worth it. To all the staff, Terima Kasih 🙏
