We arrived at the hotel around 8pm and were helped by a friendly associate during check-in. We were upgraded to a King executive with a balcony which already reflected on the app in the morning. We were also offered cold lime juice and the usual DoubleTree cookie.

The highest floor is the 8th floor where the pool and fitness center are located.

CONCLUSION

This is a new hotel which opened in September 2024. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to the Presidential Palace, Wat Sisaket, Patuxai and the night food market. The room was modern and had all we needed: complimentary nespresso machine, the toilet with bidet function and the smart TV also had Netflix 👍  The rooftop pool was nice although we only frequented the fitness center. The breakfast buffet offering was really good, and we appreciate the fact that there was always a special canape brought to our table as a diamond member. The executive lounge had a nice offering for refreshments and happy hour which could pass for a light dinner. Lastly, the staff were all friendly as usual. Overall, this is a very nice Hilton property perfect when visiting Vientiane.
