Review: Hilton Saigon

Hilton Saigon

Trip to Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia & Indonesia

Introduction

After spending a month in Cebu, it was time to re-visit some cities in South East Asia which we've missed. We start in Saigon where we stay for a few nights staying at the Hilton Saigon and the Anam Mui Ne, then fly to Vientiane, Laos where we stay at the new DoubleTree by Hilton Vientiane. We then fly back to Hanoi and stay there for a few nights before flying to Kuala Lumpur. Lastly, we fly to Jakarta and make a sidetrip to Borobudur. Our flight back home from Jakarta to Cebu will be with Garuda Airlines and Korean Air in business class. We are really looking forward to this trip since we would also be meeting some friends along the way. Let's hope all goes well 😉

CONCLUSION

This is easily one of the best hotels in Saigon because of the central location, modern rooms and fantastic breakfast buffet. Add to that the room upgrade I got as a diamond member, with lovely views of the Saigon River. Sadly, there is no Netflix nor YouTube although it is just a minor problem. As expected, all the staff we had contact with were all helpful and friendly. Overall, the Hilton Saigon is an amazing hotel and we would highly recommend it to everyone 👍
