CONCLUSION

It was my first time to visit the lounge and I was impressed. We were supposed to visit this before the pandemic as we were supposed to fly KLM business class to Asia but did not have the chance. I loved the design of the lounge especially the Dutch Mountain. The lounge occupies 2 floors which is very good giving guests several choices on where to seat and stay during their visit. As for the food and drinks offering, they were okay albeit nothing to write home about. The booth were you can try several experiences for free was cool, and I hope more and more airlines would offer such idea. The sleeping cabin for extra charge is something airlines do not usually do. I have flown Qatar Airways business class and first class and have both used the rest booths/sleeping rooms for free. Overall, the lounge is a very nice lounge and getting rid of the extra charges for the sleeping cabins would really make it even better in my opinion.
