*They used to offer ala carte service (and I've heard that the menu was quite good) but as of August 2016, they have stopped it so there's only the usual buffet which is unfortunate.

*They used to offer the French brand L'Occitane en Provence shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion together with the usual Rituals hand soap and body lotion but during my last visit in September 2016, they have removed the small bottles of L'Occitane en Provence bath products and they only have large dispensers of shampoo and shower gel in the shower room from Rituals.

CONCLUSION
Having seen pictures of this lounge before, I knew that it was one of the nicest lounges out there so I was really eager to visit it personally. First, this lounge is really huge although the fact that this is originally designed for business class passengers and temporarily being shared with the first class guests as well, means it gets pretty crowded during peak hours. I heard that the first class lounge would open later this year so I'm really hoping to visit it too. Inside this huge lounge, there are lots of seating areas where you have your own bottle of water, packaged cookies, touchscreen monitor and power outlet. You also get your own privacy due to the fact that there are shields between seats. The food served from the restaurant tasted very good although I was informed that they don't have ala carte but rather just buffet. In the bistro, they serve mostly sandwiches and salads. One thing I noticed though during the breakfast service was that the waiters had to search for the guest who ordered such item inside the dining area. It is because guests had to place their order from the "sandwich bar" and then find an available seat (if they haven't been seated yet) and wait there till the waitress finds him. Of course when I placed my order, I was asked where I would seat and I pointed somewhere in the corner, which is probably how they do it. Still, there should be a better system for this, like maybe take the order of each guests while they are seated. They surely have enough staff to do that since every time a guest finishes his meal and leaves his table, there would be three staff coming to prepare the table: one waiter who clears the table, one busser who wipes the table and another with a tray of new cutlery, plates and glasses to set up the table. And they come in three! I am not sure if that is always the case but that was my observation during my visit there last month. Aside from that, I think this lounge deserves to be on my top list of lounges. The staff were very friendly, the lounge itself is just so beautiful, modern and functional and of course, they really have great food. So if you haven't visited this lounge yet, make sure to do so. I'm sure you'll be impressed too.
