Getting to the hotel: From Heathrow Airport, take the Elizabeth Line and get off at Custom House. The hotel is about 14 minutes walk from there.

During our stay we saw the Blue Moon, the second of two full moons in the month of August.

Excel London is minutes away from the hotel.

CONCLUSION

We chose to stay in this hotel as my KLM flight from Amsterdam was arriving at London City Airport which is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Although the room we got was standard room (no upgrade), we appreciate that we got 2 drinks voucher as a diamond member, which we then used in the bar. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good, considering the rate we paid. If arriving at London City Airport, this is surely one of the best hotels to stay at.
