Check-in

I arrived at the hotel around 3pm and was helped by a friendly associate. I was upgraded to an executive room as a diamond which was much appreciated. I was briefed with the usual info on breakfast, executive lounge, amenities, etc. Moments later, I was on my way to the room on 6th floor.

I was also able to get a map of the city.

CONCLUSION

Being the only Hilton in Podgorica, this was obviously my choice for my 2 night stay. The hotel is centrally located with the Independence Square being a few minutes walk, although the Orthodox Temple of Christ´s Resurection is more than 1.5km (it took me 20 minutes to reach it from the hotel). The executive lounge on the 6th floor has a nice outdoor seating and the food offering dinner was really impressive with 4 hot dishes, salads, and desserts. The room I got was modern and spacious and the fact that I could watch YouTube on the TV was perfect. The pool was lovely too although I did not try it. The breakfast offering was very good although I wish the seating was better as it looked like it was a banquet room. Overall, I really had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Podgorica and would highly recommend it to everyone.
