Lufthansa Senator Lounge

As our flight was departing from K gates, we used the Lufthansa Senator Lounge near K11 where we had a wonderful dinner 😋

We left the lounge at 8:50pm for our scheduled 9:10pm boarding.

The Airbus A320 flying us to Stockholm after flying from Hamburg awhile ago.

Business Class Cabin

The business class cabin consisted of 3 rows in a 2-2 configuration, where the middle seat is blocked. On this flight, 6 of the 12 seats were taken.

Push Back & Take Off

At 9:41pm, the captain was on the PA to welcome us onboard. He informed us that we expect an on-time arrival in Stockholm. Push back was at 9:43pm and just about the same time, the crew did the safety demo. At 9:55pm, we had a smooth take off.

Dining

On this 2 hour flight to Stockholm, we were offered a cold dish which was some sort of chicken salad, a dessert and bread/butter.

For drinks, I had the usual apple juice while Mike had his tonic water.

To end the meal, I had a cup of green tea.

Finally, the crew distributed some Lufthansa chocolates before landing.

Landing in Stockholm Arlanda Airport

At 11:32pm, the first officer was on the PA to give us some updated flight information.

We landed around 11:47pm and reached our gate 3 minutes later.

CONCLUSION

For this short flight, I thought the meal offered was a bit subpar. I know one could have taken dinner in the lounge but for those who did not have the time to visit the lounge, they would probably be not satisfied. Otherwise, the crew were friendly and for the price we paid, it was well worth it.
