The check-in desks were still closed when we arrived as it opens 2 1/2 hours before departure.

There were check-in kiosks but only for those flying with Aegean and Olympic Air.

Since we did not have any checked luggage and had our mobile boarding pass already issued, we decided to go to security (Express Lane) and then to the lounge.

Lounges

As a business class passenger flying with Lufthansa, we had access to the Aspire Aphrodite Lounge.

Since we have Star Alliance gold status, we also visited the adjacent Aegean Business Lounge.

Business Class Cabin

The business class cabin consisted of 6 rows from row 1 to 6 in a 2-2 configuration. On this flight, 18 of the 24 seats were occupied.

Push back was at 3:49pm and 13 minutes later, we had a smooth take off.

For the main course, Mike had the chicken meal which according to him was tasty.

I on the other hand opted for the vegetarian dish which was also very good 😋 Bread was also offered afterwards.

A glass of bubbly for Mike and a glass of apple juice for me.

To end the meal, I had a cup of green tea.

As usual, the crew distributed the Lufthansa chocolates before landing 👍

We landed in Munich Airport at 6:20pm and reached our gate 6 minutes later.
