Complimentary Hotel by SWISS
After missing our connecting flight from Zurich to Stockholm, SWISS rebooked us to the morning flight the following day. It meant getting a complimentary hotel stay in Zurich, and for this night, we were booked at the Hilton Zurich Airport. Breakfast was also included and we also got a dinner voucher per person to be used in the restaurant. Sadly, the restaurant was already closed so we got snacks bag during check-in instead.

CONCLUSION
It was a nice surprise that we got a complimentary hotel stay at the Hilton Zurich Airport provided by SWISS due to us missing our connecting flight to Stockholm (the flight from Barcelona arrived late). The hotel itself is old, having been built in 1971, although it had some renovations in 2014. The complimentary airport shuttle was nice and the breakfast buffet offering was good. The room was decent although not that spacious. Sadly, the fitness center looks a bit sad. The spa and steam bath was closed during our stay unfortunately.
Considering that Zurich is one of the most expensive cities in the world, I´d say the room rates are still okay especially if you need an airport hotel. Overall, a nice airport hotel.
