CONCLUSION

This is definitely one of the best uses of my 55K Hilton points as the hotel is a very solid property. It has everything one could ask for in a 5-star hotel, and more. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a friendly smile from the staff. The room upgrade I got as a diamond member is very much appreciated, as the views of the Red Sea from the balcony was just fascinating.  The room is well appointed and had the most complete CrabTree&Evelyn amenity I had seen at any Hilton property. All the staff  I had contact with were all friendly and helpful. The offering in the Executive Lounge during the evening snacks was extensive as it offered a real dinner offering. The hotel amenities were just impressive (which included a tennis court and a mosque among others). I have to admit the billiard table was the first I had seen in any hotel 👍 The staff going above and beyond (when I asked for bell peppers from the buffet) only shows how dedicated they are to their work. I was so glad I stayed in this hotel as it made my first visit to Saudi Arabia truly a memorable one. To all the staff of Jeddah Hilton, Shukran!
