Introduction
After spending almost a month traveling around Visayas, it is time to travel to Australia and visit some relatives as well as join the Singelresor group for the Australian tour. From Cebu, we fly with Philippine Airlines economy class to Manila and connect to the Qantas flight to Sydney in economy class (booked using 13,500 avios plus 1305 SEK in taxes). Upon arrival in Sydney in the morning, we fly to Brisbane and stay there for a few days before flying to Melbourne to join our Singelresor group from Sweden (as well as those five who started their trip from New Zealand). I will only be with the group for the first part of the trip (Melbourne, Alice Springs and Ayers Rock) and skip the latter part (Cairns and Sydney) as I have been to these two places before. From Ayers Rock, I will fly to Sydney and stay there for a night before starting another trip. I really look forward to this trip as Australia is one of my favorite countries and it will definitely be cool to meet some distant relatives after a long time!
