We arrived at the hotel around 8:30am and I hesistantly approached the reception since I knew it was too early to check-in. To my surprise, the room we got upgraded to was ready. It was perfect as Mike was sick and badly needed to rest. It could not have been better!

The room we got was almost the same as the one we got a few years ago although this time, there was no private balcony.

I tried the wireless charging to charge my mobile and it was perfect 👍

Bath amenities including dental kits, mouthwash, comb, vanity kit and shave kit.

The soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were by Byredo which reminded me of my Emirates A380 first class flight from Frankfurt to Dubai a couple of years ago, which used the same brand for their travel kit.

I was also able to request for the Aromatherapy bath amenities from guest services which was delivered by the housekeeping staff.

My tomato and ham omelette was perfect.

There was no bacon from the buffet so I asked one of the waiters if I could have some and after a few minutes, I was served this wonderful plate.

Unfortunately, the Bosphorus Bridge was not visible from the Summit Bar due to bad weather.

CONCLUSION

We only had a night in Istanbul and even if we got the complimentary stop-over hotel from Turkish Airlines, we decided we´d book the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus instead and pay for it ourselves. It was definitely worth it as we got to check-in early, the upgrade to the Park Suite was perfect and we were also able to access the Executive Lounge as I have diamond status. That I was able to request for bacon during breakfast proved the staff would go above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy. Lastly, I loved the new stuffed toy (seagull) and would surely add it to my collection. To all the staff of Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus, Teşekkürler for making our third stay in your hotel a memorable one (again).
