A video tour of my lovely park suite with balcony 😍😍😍

I did the online check-in in the morning of my stay and was so happy to find out that they had upgraded me to a Park Suite with balcony!! I was curious how much it would have cost me if I had booked this room myself so I tried a booking and found out that it would have been 410 Euros. Of course, this is a booking for the same day stay and that it actually includes complimentary chauffeur driven VIP airport transfer on arrival, in room check in, fresh flowers and, when available, two hours of meeting room use.

The Park Suite with Balcony would have cost me 410 Euros if I had booked it same day.

The suite was really spacious ... 65 sq.m. 👍

The housekeeping had also prepared a very nice napkin folding with a birthday card on it. Thanks guys. My birthday was actually a few days ago so it felt special to be celebrating it this long 😉

Room Service Dining

Since I was already in the room around 12:45pm and still hadn't had lunch, I thought I'd order the Spaghetti Bolognese from their room service dining. It was delicious 😋

Around 3pm, the doorbell rang and the room service staff came with a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne for me! Thank you so much guys 😍

A bottle of Altın Köpük Brut 😉

Around 5pm, the housekeeping staff left a note since I had the Do Not Disturb sign and they were not able to do the turndown service. I was curious if it was the time they actually offer the stuffed toy so I asked the guy in the executive lounge in the evening and was told that they had discontinued it a few years ago. I really wish they will have it again in the future since they are nice collectibles 😉

CONCLUSION

I have stayed at the Conrad Seoul, Conrad Bangkok and Conrad Manila in the past where I had amazing stays and I have to say that my stay at the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus was no exception. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by friendly staff and at the reception, I was helped by a very nice guy who first tried to call the executive lounge so I could do my check-in there but since the number was busy, he decided to help me himself instead. Ms. Meltem, the front office manager who happened to be there, also welcomed me and informed me of my upgrade to a park suite with balcony. Thank you so much 😍 The suite was definitely one of the most spacious rooms I've had, only smaller than the Hilton Panama Master Suite Executive Ocean View we got last year during our stay in Panama if I'm not mistaken. The bed was one of the best I've had, almost similar to the one we had at the Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz Carlton Hotel and the partial views of the Bosphorus from the balcony was just amazing. The lobby was simply gorgeous, the hotel amenities were impressive (too bad the outdoor pool was still closed at this time of the year) and the food offerings both from the Executive Lounge's happy hour and the breakfast buffet in the main restaurant were just extensive and great. Of course, all the staff I've been in contact with during my stay were all very friendly. Lastly, the upgrade to a suite room, the birthday cake and the bottle of champagne were simply too much that I felt like a VIP 😍 Overall, I really had a blast staying one night in this hotel and would never hesitate to stay here again when I'm back in Istanbul. Actually, I have a layover in Istanbul again in a few weeks so see you soon guys!
