CONCLUSION
A couple of weeks ago, I visited Prague for the first time and stayed there for two nights. I thought I'd stay in the two Hilton Hotels so I could make a review of both Hilton properties. For my first night, I stayed at the Hilton Prague. This is a really big hotel compared to the Hilton Prague Old Town where I stayed during my second night. I arrived in the hotel at around 1:30pm and was a bit hesitant to check in but Zuzana the receptionist, told me that she could check if my room was ready. Fortunately it was and so she started with the check in process. I was informed that I was upgraded to an executive room as a Diamond member which I was very happy about. Before I left the reception area, Ms. Joanna Svehlova, the duty manager came to personally welcome and thank me for staying in their hotel. She told me I could call her incase I would need help and she also gave me her business card. I was really impressed to be given such a personal welcome by a duty manager since it was the first time it happened to me as a diamond member and which I really appreciated a lot. Arriving in my room, I couldn't ask for more: the bed was very comfortable, the room had free wifi, and the bathroom had my favorite bath amenities from Peter Thomas Roth. The Executive Lounge also had an impressive food and drinks offering both during the evening cocktails and the breakfast buffet. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. But the part I was most thankful for was when I got back to my room after my city tour and found a welcome gift comprising of a box of Czech wafers and a stuffed toy plus a card signed by the hotel manager. The wafers were very good while the stuffed toy now belongs to my "Airline and Hotel Collection". I was just so happy I stayed in this hotel as it truly made my first visit to Prague memorable. To all the staff of Hilton Prague specially to Zuzan and Ms. Svehlova, "Děkuji"!
