CONCLUSION
For my second day in Prague, I stayed in the smaller but more private Hilton Prague Old Town. This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town and to the nearest metro station which is a very big plus. I arrived in the hotel around 12:10 in the afternoon and was given early check in by Adriana, a very friendly receptionist who helped me with the directions on how to get to the castle. I was informed that I was upgraded to an Executive Room and thanked her for that. I also gave her a 50 Euro deposit which I got back during my check out the day after. A few minutes after settling in my room, Adriana called to check if everything was alright. I appreciated her calling me since it was a very good assurance that they wanted to make my stay as positive as possible. I thought the food and drinks offering in the Executive Lounge was very good and in par with all the other lounges I have visited. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was also excellent specially with a very cozy ambiance. Turndown service was also done in the evening while I was in the sauna. And lastly, the welcome gift really surprised me. I definitely have enjoyed my time visiting Prague but staying in this Hilton hotel has made my visit even more memorable. To all the staff of Hilton Prague Old Town specially to Adriana, "Děkuji"!
