Exploring Dusseldorf

We spent three nights in Dusseldorf this summer and really had a great time: the Rhine Tower is a must visit (giving you breathtaking views of the city and the Rhine River), Carlsplatz Market is a really lovely market with nice restaurants, the Basilika St. Lambertus and the Tower Museum are both located in the Old Town and lastly the Little Tokyo where you´d enjoy authentic Japanese dishes and more!

Exploring Cologne

I visited Cologne for the first time and had an amazing time: the Cologne Cathedral is definitely a must visit (it is one of the largest in Europe) as well as the Cologne Triangle where you get fantastic views of the city. Famous squares like Heumarkt and Altermarkt offer fantastic dining options and shopping streets like Schildergasse and Hohe Strasse are perfect for those who love shopping.

Cologne Cathedral: With its beautiful Gothic architecture, this is the largest cathedral in Northern Europe. The twin spires are 157 meters high, making it the highest in the world.
