This was actually my second visit to Atlanta, the first being in 2014 when it was still possible to do the "Inside CNN Tour". Sadly, the said attraction is permanently closed. Nevertheless, I was still able to enjoy some sights including visiting the Georgia Aquarium which is the largest aquarium in the US, and for the second time a visit to the World of Coca Cola. In case you are traveling to Georgia, here are some of my travel tips:

World of Coca Cola

World of Coca-Cola Olympic torches

Georgia Aquarium (we took advantage of a special ticket price of $20 per person every Tuesdays).

Centennial Olympic Park

Sky View Atlanta

Fairlie-Poplar Historic district, part of the central business district in downtown Atlanta famous for artist studios, galleries, restaurants and nightlife.

Marriott Marquis atrium was once the largest atrium in the world at 143 meters high.
