The Maldives and the Seychelles are probably the two most popular island nations to celebrate one´s honeymoon because of its white sand beaches and turquoise waters. After visiting the Maldives in 2013, it was time for us to visit the beautiful island of the Seychelles. A very good thing is that all the beaches on the island are open to the public, although it could take some time to get from one side to the other when you are in Mahe (the largest island in the archipelago) as the landscape is mountainous. Of course, the Seychellois food is also interesting. Below are some of the things we visited during our stay in this paradise island which is one of the smallest countries in the world.

Beau Vallon: this is the most popular beach in the Seychelles, thanks to its long stretch of white sand and turquoise waters making it perfect for snorkeling and diving.
