Booking

When we booked this trip for our family, the price difference between economy and business class was not much so in the end, we decided we´d book the premium class.

Venezia S. Lucia Station

We arrived at Venezia S. Lucia Station at 2:50pm for our 3:26pm departure.

Freccia Club

We noticed that there was a lounge located on the left side of the station (facing the tracks) although we did not have access to it with our ticket.

For a train ride of just 2 hours, we were served some snacks (meal box) which included a bottle of water.
 

A choice of juice or sparkling wine, foccacia and chocolate frolla

Foccacia with mortadella and pistachio, Chocolate frolla (both were very good) 😋

Coffee and tea were also offered.

The toilet was kept clean.

Arrival in Firenze S M Novella Station

We arrived in Firenze S M Novella station around 20 minutes behind schedule, due to late departure from Venice.

CONCLUSION

It was our first time to try the Frecciarossa business class and for the price we paid, it was really worth it. The seats were large and comfortable, the complimentary snacks were very good and the fast free wifi where one could watch some films was lovely.
