Turkish Airlines B737 business class, Istanbul to Stockholm
Clearing security check using fast track, I went straight to the Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Lounge which I think is one of the best business class lounges in the world.
It was a long walk to B gates so I left the lounge early.
Boarding started at 2:22pm with both economy and business class passengers boarding at the same time. Waiting outside the door is a trolley where passengers can grab a hygiene set and earphones.
View of the cabin from my seat
From the website´s seat map, I chose seat 4A. On this flight half of the cabin was full.
Welcome to my seat 4A 👍
Safety card, air-sickness bag
Seat control
Under the right armrest is the personal screen and I ended up watching the continuation of Ron´s Gone Wrong.
IFE controller
Headphones socket, USB power ports
I also got a pillow for this 4 hour long flight 👍
The crew also distributed the usual Philips headphones.
Raspberry, orange juice, lemon mint and water
I chose a glass of raspberry mint juice which was refreshing 👍
Just about the same time, the safety video was played on the screen. At 3:04pm, we had a nice take off.
I would have wanted the Sea bass en papilotte for my main course. Unfortunately, all the fish meal were already served so I ended up choosing the Rigatoni. It tasted like the pasta they serve in the lounge in Istanbul which was perfect 😋
To end the meal, I had a cup of green tea.
There was one lavatory located in front of the cabin. The amenities where from Molton Brown.
We landed in Stockholm at 5:57pm and reached our gate seven minutes later.
Luggage were to be picked up from belt 3 and as a business class passenger, I was among those who got their luggage first.

Lavatory
Around 5:22pm, the captain was back on PA to give us updated flight information including the temperature in Stockholm which was 9 degrees and that we would be landing at 6pm.

CONCLUSION
It was another great flight in Turkish Airlines business class. The crew were friendly although I thought they were hurrying a bit in clearing the plates during meal service. Also, the bread was hard which was unfortunate because for me, good bread are great bread on planes. Otherwise, the meal in general was okay and the pasta which was not my first choice was perfect. Overall, a nice flight.
