Check-in was efficient and friendly, where Rock, the associate upon seeing on his screen that it was my birthday 2 days ago took time to greet me. He also informed us of the room upgrade we got as a diamond member, the breakfast timings at Rosewater and the Happy Hour at the Nahaam.

It was actually our first to experience that when entering the floor number which was 42, we had to press both numbers 4 followed by 2 for the elevator to function👍

The bath amenities included a soap and 5 individual bottles of precious body milk, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body scrub, all of which resemble the 5 towers of the Etihad Towers 👍 There were also 2 bottles of water.

From other guests reviews, I remember reading about the ala carte menu for diamond members where they can order dishes like lobster egg cocotte, pulled beef brisket egg benedict and more but unfortunately, there was none this time.

Exploring the Area

For guests of Conrad, access to the Observation Deck is complimentary. Entrance is located in the lobby floor behind the silver pillar to the left.

CONCLUSION

This Hilton property is probably one of the most "complete" hotel we have stayed at. It is modern, it´s close to some top attractions of Abu Dhabi and it has it´s own private beach. The staff were all friendly and professional, the rooms are well-appointed and of course the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet offering was extensive as well as that during happy hour. Easy access to the Observation Deck and Qasr Al Watan is a big plus. To all the staff of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, Shukran!
