CONCLUSION

This is a fairly new hotel and during our visit in January, it was low season. Yet it did not stop the hotel for giving the best to their guests. First, the room upgrade was just awesome as it was not just to a one level category upgrade. The receptionist and all the staff we had contact with were very friendly as well as the front office manager. The room we got was really spacious with 2 floors 👍 Food and service in the restaurant and in the Executive Lounge was very good. Of course, my favorite was the shower in the spa where you get to choose from 3 settings plus there is also the cold one. Location is also perfect as it is just a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and steps away from taking the cable car. Overall, we were so happy we stayed in this hotel and would gladly come back again in the future.
