Mesclun salad with black quinoa, zucchini and sun-dried tomato served with balsamic olive oil dressing

Seared Cajun-spiced Atlantic salmon with pineapple and pepper salsa, pilaf rice, yellow carrot, red pepper and green bean mix

Beef tenderloin with Port wine and mushroom sauce, sour cream and chive potatoes au gratin, maple-glazed carrots and broccoli

Each meal is served with a selection of warm breads and butter.
