CONCLUSION
After a wonderful flight on Etihad Airways First Apartment from London and just before taking my complimentary chauffeur service to Dubai, I had a chance to visit the Etihad Airways Arrivals Lounge. It was about 1:30am when I came in the lounge so it was very quiet. I thought the food selection on the buffet was really great for an arrivals lounge and for that time of the day. From their website, I've read that one could get a complimentary wet shave although the complimentary haircut is only for departing passengers, as confirmed to me by one of the staff. The design of the lounge as a whole was very modern and with 10 shower units, I thought it was more than enough for arriving passengers. They also offer steam press for those needing to go to their business meetings directly from the airport. This is actually the first arrivals lounge in the UAE so kudos to Etihad for making such a lounge. Overall, this is a very nice lounge and is definitely worth a visit when you have the access. Shout out to Lizzel for giving me a tour of the lounge!
