CONCLUSION
For my second night in Athens, I booked another Best Western Hotel and this time it was the Plus Embassy Hotel. It is located a few minutes away from the Ambelokipi Metro Station which is a few stations away from the Syntagma station. I originally booked a room with a king size bed although I was informed at the reception upon check in that I was upgraded to a Junior Suite. Cool! The suite was very nice and spacious and had a balcony although the view wasn't as great as that of the Acropolis Ami Boutique Hotel. The buffet breakfast was also very good and had an extensive offering with cold and warm buffet. I forgot to print the location map of the hotel and had to ask for directions from the newspaperstand near the Metro station so I suggest you have a copy of the hotel map to make it easier to find. The complimentary wifi was okay although it was a bit slow sometimes. Overall, this 4 star boutique hotel is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, good location and reasonable price which I would recommend to everyone.
