CONCLUSION
I arrived at the hotel around 11pm and upon check-in, I was helped by Julio, a friendly associate who took note that I celebrated my birthday four days ago and gave me an upgrade to one of their king relaxation rooms 😍 As I entered the room, I was really surprised to see how beautiful the room was. I loved the whirlpool bath specifically. And to make it even better, they prepared a bottle of Pares Balta Cava and two slices of chocolate cake on the table. I was just so surprised and thankful. Of course, the other important things like free wifi connection, two bottles of mineral water and complimentary shuttle service were big plusses. Another thing that I liked about this hotel was its location. I actually went to the city the following morning and the metro station was only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. To Hilton Madrid Airport, Muchas Gracias for making my stay at your hotel so memorable 😍
