CONCLUSION
In December 2012, I was with the Singelresor group in Penang and stayed in this beautiful hotel to celebrate new year of 2013. We actually stayed at the rooms located in the annex building and every morning, we would go to the main building for our breakfast buffet. The good thing was that the two buildings were connected by a tower bridge so it was no problem for us. I thought the staff were all very nice and friendly and that the food on the buffet specially during the New Year's Eve were just perfect. One thing though that might be a disappointment is that Penang do not have the best beach in the country. To all the staff who made our stay so memorable, Terima Kasih!
