After enjoying my first class flight on British Airways from Atlanta and visiting The Concorde Room and the Galleries First Lounge at Terminal 5 LHR, it was time to take my last flight back home.

The aircraft was in a remote area and we were driven by a bus to our ride to Stockholm.

The business class cabin has a 2-2-2 configuration (16-18-16) with 22 of the 50 seats taken that day.

Upon settling in to my seat, I was offered a hot towel. Moments later, the predeparture beverage was offered and I chose a glass of apple juice and water, which was served together with some mixed nuts.

As the flight was around 2 pm, lunch was served and the options were chicken breast or Caesar salad with prawns and I ended up choosing the former. The passenger seated in front of me who ordered the Caesar salad was later asked by one of the flight attendants if there was a dressing on her salad. It turned out that the catering service forgot to put the dressing on the salad so the flight attendant was very apologetic about it.

The flight went smoothly and a few minutes before landing, I caught sight of the Ericsson Arena, formerly known as Globen, where big concerts are normally held.

CONCLUSION

I really liked the fact that the seats were actually more of a business class seat than an economy seat with the middle seat being blocked. The middle seats in the cabin with a smaller seat in between were much better though. Also, the food tasted excellent and the service was very good. Overall, a very nice flight 😊
