CONCLUSION
We arrived at the hotel around 4pm and was helped by Stephanie, one of the associates working that day. I was welcomed as a Diamond member and was informed that we were given an upgrade to their executive room on the highest floor which is located just above the executive lounge floor. The room we got was beautiful and modern with a nice sofa, work desk, a separate bathtub and walk-in shower, and the view of the park was lovely. The snacks and predinner offering from the executive lounge was impressive as well as the breakfast buffet in the restaurant which included some Asian food and a glass of bubbly π We were also able to visit the pool and sauna which were both a plus. The hotel's location may not be close to the Old Town but from the hotel, you can take public buses easily. Of course, the vast English Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel waiting for you to explore π Lastly, the staff were all nice and friendly. Overall, we loved our stay in this hotel and would gladly stay here again when we are back in Munich.
