CONCLUSION
It was my second time to visit Berlin and since I've already stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Berlin last February, I thought I would book a night at the Hilton Berlin located near the famous Gendarmenmarkt. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm and I was greeted by Denise, the friendly receptionist working that day. She welcomed me as a Hilton Diamond member, thanked me for choosing their hotel, etc. As expected, I was upgraded to room 6049, a King Executive Domeview. I thought I would immediately visit the Executive Lounge as it would close soon and asked Denise where it was. She even offered me to leave my luggage for the bellboy to take it to my room so I could go directly to the lounge although I declined. My room was very spacious, although the best part was definitely the view of the German Church in Gendarmenmarkt Square. I've never been to this part of Berlin so staying at the Hilton Berlin with the famous Gendarmenmarkt in front of me was so cool! The breakfast buffet restaurant had an extensive offering and of course, it offered a fantastic view of the German Church which is one of the nicest views one could have while having breakfast. I was able to visit the pool as well although I did not have the time to check out the sauna. Needless to say, I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Berlin. Unfortunately, I was not able to check out the Executive Lounge during the evening cocktails but hopefully next time. There are surely a lot of hotels to choose from when staying in Berlin and with it's perfect location, nice rooms and friendly staff among other things, I highly recommend staying at the Hilton Berlin. To all the staff of Hilton Berlin, Danke Schön and Auf Wiedersehen!
