Trip to New Zealand & Flying with the King of Sweden on my 100th Flight in Business Class
Earlier this month, I was able to explore New Zealand, thanks to Singelresor. We flew with Emirates to Christchurch where we explored the South Island; then took the ferry boat to North Island and after visiting Wellington, Rotorua and Auckland, flew back home. As I had enough Emirates Skywards miles, I decided to upgrade my flight from Dubai to Stockholm in Business Class where I also had the chance to see King Gustav of Sweden as he was seated in front of me! I've flown 99 times in business class prior to this flight so this flight was actually my 100th time to fly in business class. Here are some reviews of the hotels we stayed at, as well as the top attractions we visited while in New Zealand, the land of the Kiwis!

CONCLUSION
Last week, our Singelresor group spent two nights in Rotorua and we stayed at the beautiful Ibis Hotel. Check-in went smoothly and as a Le Club Accor hotels member, I was informed by the receptionist that I could enjoy complimentary wifi in the room. My room was actually located on the second floor so the view of Lake Rotorua was not that great but still okay. I thought the breakfast buffet had a wide selection including Asian dishes which catered most to the Chinese tourists who were also staying at the hotel. The fact that we could use the fitness center and pool of the Novotel hotel was a big plus. The location of the hotel is also very ideal as it just a few minutes walk to the Eat Streat famous for its restaurants. Overall, with nice rooms and friendly staff, this is a very nice 3-star hotel in the heart of Rotorua.
