CONCLUSION
Flying back to Stockholm from Prague a few weeks ago, I was able to visit the Erste Premier Lounge in Prague Airport Terminal 2. There are actually two Erste Premier Lounge located close to each other and the receptionist will tell you which one you are supposed to use based on the airline you are flying with. Since I was flying with SAS, I got to use the lounge which is also being used by Sky Team airline members. First impression, I thought the lounge was nice and spacious. There are actually two main seating areas, one on the left of the reception (where I stayed most of the time) and the other one on the right side. The only difference I noticed was the buffet on the right side didn't have the main dishes. During the whole time I was there, there were only about 4-5 guests so it was very quiet. The hot food from the buffet was actually very good specially the Pene Primavera. There was also complimentary wifi which was fast although I tried one of the PCs and the internet was very slow. There are also shower rooms and a relaxation area inside the lounge. Unfortunately, there was no view of the runway from the left side seating area although the one on the right side seemed to have it (although I was not able to check it). Overall, I think this is a nice lounge worth visiting if you have access although my favorite would still be the Fantazja Executive Lounge in Warsaw Chopin Airport.
