CONCLUSION
Last week, I was able to visit three Business Class lounges in Athens Airport before my flight on Aegean to Larnaca: The Lufthansa Business Lounge and Aegean Business Lounge both of which are in Area B, and the Swissport Executive Lounge located in Area A from where my flight was departing. I would say that among the three, the Lufthansa Business Lounge is the best when it comes to food selection. It was the only lounge among the three which offered hot food on the buffet so this is definitely a plus to Lufthansa. On the other hand, the seating area is quite small although during my stay there, we were only three guests the whole time so it had not been a problem. There is no toilet though so you would need to use the toilet from the adjacent Aegean Lounge or somewhere inside the terminal. Overall, this is definitely the best lounge among the three when it comes to dining and it would probably be worth the long walk from Area A in case your flight departs from there as was my case.
