CONCLUSION

Last month, I was able to visit the Al Reem Lounge for the first time. From the entrance, I saw that it is being managed by Plaza Premium Lounge so I sort of know what to expect. I have visited the Plaza Premium lounge at Malé Airport a few years ago and I enjoyed my visit there. In this Abu Dhabi lounge, I thought that the food served during breakfast and lunch (we had a long layover) were actually very good. There is one shower room which was okay. The bar also offers a good selection of alcoholic drinks and coffee. During the lunch service, they had cumin rice, chicken barbecue, greek salad, etc which all tasted very good. There was also complimentary wifi throughout the lounge. The staff which were mostly from the Philippines were all very helpful and friendly. If there was one thing not so nice I could think of, it would be the smoke coming out from the smoking room. Otherwise, a very nice lounge.
