I chose the 15 minute back and shoulder massage and it was one of the best massages I've had.

I also decided to have the complimentary shoeshine by John Lobb which turned my shoes looking good as new.

CONCLUSION

I have to say that this lounge is really impressive. First, the staff were all very helpful and always smiling whenever a guest comes in.  I asked permission to take pictures of the lounge and it was not a problem for them. One thing I liked about lounges is when they have individual lockers where you can leave your things specially when you're travelling alone. This lounge has a locker room located just after the reception where I kept my cabin luggage. Cool! Also, the complimentary shoeshine courtesy of John Lobb (which started last November) as well as the complimentary back and shoulder massage are not to be missed here. Regarding the food, I like that they have the Sushi Bar and that the buffet spread were really extensive, as well as the drinks. There were also lots of nice seating areas with modern design although the dining area close to the buffet could be very warm as there is direct sunlight coming in . If there is one thing I would have asked for, it would be the Shiseido bath amenities I got when I visited the ANA Suite Lounge last year. Overall, an excellent lounge.
