CONCLUSION
Last month, Mike and I flew on Qatar Airways in economy class from Doha to Muscat and had access to Qatar Airways Business Class lounge, thanks to Mike's sapphire status in One World. I have read a few reviews of this lounge where guests wrote that they were not happy because of the small size of the lounge as well as the poor selection of food on the buffet. I was in the lounge between 12 noon and 1 pm and the lounge was not crowded at all but I guess it gets really crowded during peak hours. Regarding the food offerings, I really loved the carrot and coriander soup. The other soup was seafood bisque which I did not taste. There were also sandwiches like smoked beef sandwich, tuna sandwich, oriental chicken sandwich and grilled vegetable sandwich and both the beef and chicken sandwiches were very good. The salad buffet had the usual hummus, tabbouleh, potato salad with apples and cajun chicken salad. The smoking room is located near the business center which means that if you are not a smoker and would need to use the computer in the business center, then it would be a bit of a problem. Overall, a nice lounge.
