CONCLUSION
I have to say the the crew on this flight were one of the nicest we've had lately. They were engaging and really did their best to make this flight a great one. There were newspapers on the cart placed just outside the door before boarding and hot towels were offered as soon as we were seated. On the other hand, I thought that the legroom was not spacious enough for business class standards. If British Airways will continue to have these kind of seats on intra-European flights, then I believe they are going in the wrong direction. As for the meal, I expected they would serve lunch instead of breakfast since by the time we received our meal, it was already past 12 noon London time. Overall, this is a nice flight although other airlines could probably give better value for money.
