The last time I flew on this route, BA used a Boeing which was a much larger aircraft. I guess the type of aircrafts being used depends upon the time of the day. Shortly after settling in hot towels and newspapers were offered.

The flight was uneventful and after more than two hours of flying, we landed at the London Heathrow Airport 5 minutes ahead of schedule.
CONCLUSION
For a short flight, I thought the service was great and efficient. Regarding the food, I thought the food was not that impressive. I guess if I were to compare it with Finnair business class, I would go for Finnair anytime of the day. Overall, a nice flight.
