I recently stayed at the Hilton Bogota and really liked the hotel. It is located in the financial district so it is a bit far from the Old Town but I was able to take Uber with no problem. The rooms are well appointed and the amenities like the gym and pool are very nice. The offering from the Executive Lounge during happy hour is very good and can be sufficient for a decent dinner. The extensive offering from the breakfast buffet will make sure you have a good start of the day. I can highly recommend this hotel.
