CONCLUSION
This hotel has recently joined the Hilton portfolio (about 5 months ago) but the integration is still not complete. The name of the hotel Grand Mogador City Center is still the one used when booking from the Hilton website, and they are not giving the usual Doubletree cookies during check-in (not yet).
The diamond recognition was great though as we were upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite days before check-in. The room was very spacious and had almost everything you could ask for. Wifi was free and fast. Sadly, they only had instant coffee (no coffee capsules) and no slippers either. The breakfast buffet offering had a plethora of dishes, salads and sweets. The location is quite good, we took a taxi to get to Hassan II Mosque and paid about 8-10 Euros. Other hotels like the Hyatt and Marriott were much closer to the Medina for example. Overall, a great hotel with very good Hilton status recognition.
