Other outlets include Le Jardin Pool Bar and Bar Raa. There is also The Rosetta Lounge if you stay in the Rosetta Club Room. One can also upgrade and during our stay, the rate to upgrade was 130 USD.

CONCLUSION

Just like our past stay with Waldorf Astoria hotels, this was another memorable and luxurious stay. The lobby garden is just gorgeous, the rooms were modern and felt posh and the breakfast buffet offering focused on quality rather than quantity. Of course, the fact that the spa and business centers were closed was not ideal but this hotel just opened in August 2023 so it was understandable. Lastly, all the staff we had contact with were all friendly and eager to be of help. And yes, I got a surprise with a birthday cake and a bouquet of roses: I love you guys! To all the staff of Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis, Shukran!
