Location: Terminal 1, left hand side at the far end of the Duty Free Shopping Area
Access: Passengers travelling in business/first class on Singapore Airlines or a Star Alliance member airline; Star Alliance gold and Krisflyer status members travelling in economy class.
Opening hours: Daily from 11am to 7pm
NOTE: This lounge had been closed since September 1, 2014. Singapore Airlines has moved its operation from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 and eligible customers have now access to the new Singapore Airlines Silver Kris Lounge, NAIA Terminal 3.

CONCLUSION
There are three lounges at the NAIA Terminal 1 which Star Alliance gold members can have access to: Silver Kris Lounge, Thai Airways Lounge and Asiana Airlines Lounge although I have not been to the Asiana Lounge so I cannot confirm it. Nevertheless, this lounge is definitely the best among the three according to Mr. Jerby who was in charge of the lounge during my visit. He also informed me that they had a separate area for first and business class passengers until last year when they decided to just have one for both.
With friendly staff, very good selection of food and cool ambience, this is definitely worth visiting in case you have access to it.
