For those guests leaving before the normal restaurant opens at 6am, there is a special restaurant which opens at 3:30am and offers basic breakfast options including bread, cheese, ham and salads.
There were also some juices, milk, coffee and tea available.

CONCLUSION
About two weeks ago, I stayed at the Hilton Helsinki Airport for the first time and thought that it was a very nice airport hotel. It is walking distance from Terminal 2, and from the airport terminal, one can easily take a bus or a train to the city which is perfect for a lay over. During check in, I was helped by Nea, a trainee who gave me the usual hotel informations upon knowing that it was my first time in the hotel. She told me that they have a restaurant that opens at 3:30am in case my flight leaves very early, and which I actually availed of since I left the hotel before 6am. My room was actually very nice and had everything I needed. I loved the fact that they have an Executive Lounge which offered good food choices from the evening appetizers specially the vegetable soup which was excellent. Also, I enjoyed the sauna which was perfect after returning from my short tour of the city. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would definitely stay here again in case I'm back in town. To all the staff of Hilton Helsinki Airport, Kiitos!
