We arrived at the hotel around half past 2pm and was helped by a friendly associate with the check-in process. As this stay was during the pandemic, we had to choose around which time we would like to have breakfast. We chose between 8 and 9:30am which was the latest of the 3 choices. All went well and moments later, we were on our way to our room located on the second floor.

It took awhile to reach our room as we had to pass by several hallways, seating areas and restrooms but it was okay 😉

CONCLUSION

Staying one night in Sundsvall after our trip to the nearby Nörrfällsviken, we decided to stay at the Best Western Hotel Baltic. The hotel is actually located steps away from Kultur Magasinet and a few minutes walk away from the Main Square, Esplanaden and Gustav Adolf Church. Parking is just in front of the hotel and nice restaurants are just around the corner. Our room was fairly spacious and had all the things we needed. The hotel really follows the measures during the pandemic including distancing and having hand sanitizer dispensers almost everywhere. For the breakfast buffet, the selection was extensive. Of course, the staff were all friendly. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone 😍
