CONCLUSION

We arrived at the hotel around 2:45pm and was helped by Giulio, the receptionist working that day who welcomed me as a Diamond member. Check-in was efficient and within a few minutes, we were handed our room key although he forgot to give us the password for premium wifi. The room we got was nice with modern design although it was a bit small. The bed was comfortable, there was a bathtub although no shower. The food offering in the executive lounge during happy hour was very good and tasty. We had our breakfast in the main restaurant and thought the food offering was extensive although the jamon was not as good as the one we had in the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona. This is only a 4-star hotel so they don't have a pool although they have the usual business center and fitness center. The hotel's location is ideal since it is close to the metro and only a few minutes by bus to attractions like the La Pedrera. Overall, it was nice to have stayed in this hotel for a night so I could compare the two Hilton hotels in Barcelona. I actually prefer the Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona since it has outdoor pools, a sauna, an executive lounge on the 15th floor offering great views of the city and the rate during our stay was actually cheaper 😉
